Our lives are busy and stressful with little time to reflect and just ‘be’. The act of being creative induces a mindfulness that therapists agree can help express hidden emotions, reduce stress and anxiety and offer a space for relaxation. These classes aim to support and inspire adults who love being creative or just want to try something new, learn new skills or make new friends in a relaxed and non threatening environment. Past experience is not necessary.
